This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to access GSM Virtual B School (“App”, “Platform”).

By subscribing to the App, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription & Cancellation

GSM Virtual B School operates on a monthly subscription model.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through:

App settings

By contacting our support team

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period.

2. Refund Policy (Strict No Refund Policy)

2.1 No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All subscription payments made to GSM Associates Private Limited—whether through:

Direct Payment Gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe / Paytm, etc.)

UPI

Bank Transfer

Credit/Debit Cards

Corporate billing

Offline manual payments

are completely non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Monthly subscription fees

Cancelled subscriptions

Partial subscription usage

Duplicate purchases made by the customer

Non-usage of the App after payment

Technical issues on the user’s device

Forgotten cancellation before renewal

Mistaken or accidental payments

Once payment is completed, no refund will be provided.

3. Auto-Renewal Payments

If you have opted for recurring billing:

Subscription will renew automatically every month

You can stop auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date

Payments already processed cannot be refunded.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments (Exception Case)

We may only assist in the following rare cases:

Payment deducted but subscription not activated

Duplicate charge for the same billing cycle

In such cases:

You must submit proof: Transaction ID, screenshot, payment time

If verified, we may adjust the duplicate amount in your next billing cycle

OR process a refund at our sole discretion

This does not apply to valid subscription payments.

5. No Refund for Content-Related Issues

Since GSM Virtual B School provides immediate access to digital content created by GSM Associates Private Limited, no refund will be issued for:

Not liking the course

Not finding the content useful

Buying by mistake

Not completing the course

Wanting to switch to another course

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to App → → Subscription
2. Contact support via email Your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
